The CSI Project Program provides Strategic Development, BD, Capture or Proposal experts who are specialists in DoD and/or FEDCIV contracts, from our database of SME’s with customer, industry and government experience and contacts. We can participate in any part of your program at an hourly rate depending upon your requirements.
The CSI Monthly Program allows CSI to create a Strategic Growth Plan and run a full turn-key pipeline in cooperation with your operations and administrative staff. We will evaluate your existing capabilities, build a pipeline of opportunities, provide BD, Capture and Proposal support for those opportunities. This program is a favorite with our customers and includes a monthly retainer with a reduced hourly rate and capture success fee.
The CSI Partnership Program is designed to provide full business growth advice and services. In this case CSI invests in a Strategic Plan, aligns funding, and provides BD Support through full program partnership at significantly reduced up front fees. This program includes a debt to equity investment in the company’s future growth where CSI becomes a partner based upon new business acquisition.
